I'm Gurmeet — a powerlifter, certified trainer, and life coach who has spent the better part of a decade under the bar and in the trenches with clients. My approach is built on real kinesiology, not gym folklore: I read how your body moves, run the numbers, test the variables, and adjust. Every program is an experiment with one subject — you.

Apps hand you a template and walk away. I read your lift videos, track your fatigue, and rewrite the plan when your body says so. You get a coach, not a PDF.
